At Force Butikk, we stand behind the quality of our cycling equipment and apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baselayer og sportsundertøy (base layers and sports underwear)
  • Børster (brushes)
  • Buksefett (leg wax)
  • Kjedeverktøy (chain tools)
  • Kjederenser (chain cleaners)
  • Kroppsbeskyttelse (body protection equipment)
  • Kne- og albuebeskyttelse (knee and elbow protection)

These items are excluded from our returns policy due to their personal nature and hygiene considerations.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the package to our address (provided with your RMA) using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Important: We cannot process returns without an RMA number. Please include this number on the outside of your return package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
  3. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  5. If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or suggest alternative products.
